Each and every Care Provider has a natural gift for caring for others and a heart for in-home caregiving. Every New Horizon Care, Inc. Care Provide goes through a rigorous screening including national and local criminal background checks, DMV, and personal and professional reference checks. and interview process.
Our Care Providers are well trained. Each Care provider is required to attend training classes that provide an environment that prepares and motivates our staff to offer quality support through education that ensures a level of personal responsibility and commitment.
