Lost the remote for your ceiling fan? This universal replacement kit includes a handheld remote AND a matching wall switch (model UC9050T), giving you dual control. It’s compatible with many Hunter, Hampton Bay, and other fans that use a receiver with DIP switches (like models FAN-53T, FAN-35T, etc.). The key is matching the DIP switch settings: open your old remote, copy the pattern of the 4 little switches to the new remote using a pen, and you’re synced. The remote controls fan speed (3-speeds) and turns the light on/off with dimming for incandescent bulbs. The wall switch needs to be wired together with the existing receiver in the fan canopy (requires 3 wires – hot, neutral, ground). Please note: This is NOT a WiFi or smart switch.
